Friendly and polite staff made our stay pleasant.

We booked a villa with a private pool, but it wasn't ready upon arrival due to rain, which we were informed of only after reaching the hotel. The alternative given was three connected rooms with a shared pool, which was far from what we had anticipated. The overall lack of communication and the disappointment of not getting the villa ruined our vacation plans.

The pool access villa was fantastic, especially for our toddler who loved the shallow area. The friendly staff made our family feel welcomed, and the location was conveniently close to the beach.

Take advantage of the shuttle service to explore local restaurants, as some great eateries are a bit far to walk comfortably.

Staff were very attentive when we needed help with the paddle boards and they brought us drinks right when we needed them.

It wasn't inexpensive but still a reasonable price.

The Metadee kid's playground was a hit with my kids, offering spacious play areas with giant windows that made it feel bright and welcoming. Plus, Chef Kamal made my scrambled eggs just right during breakfast! The staff really stood out and made us feel at home.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could be improved to cater to more dietary needs for families.

Our family spent five nights enjoying a spacious deluxe room with pool access. The waterfall pool was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We faced issues with maintenance and cleanliness, so be sure to request a newer block if possible. Breakfast could use more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay!

I had a fantastic stay in a Junior Suite Pool Access Upper Floor. The seamless access to the pool from my room was pure bliss, and the friendly staff made my experience even better. The grounds and pools were impeccably maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. However, I found the breakfast options somewhat limited. a wider variety would enhance the stay.
